Step into Your New Role
We have an opportunity for an Sr. HR Manager to join us in our East Division. This is a hybrid position based in our Boston, MA office 2-3 days per week and reports up through to the Chief Human Resources Officer.
Responsibilities will include:
Must have a valid driver's license, this position may involve up to twenty-percent (20%) travel.
Experience
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations for designated area(s) i.e.: human resources, compensation, COBRA, Section 125, ERISA, FMLA, Disability and/or Workers Compensation required.
Education: BS and PHR/SHRM-CP certification is required.
Following an offer, candidates will be required to satisfactorily complete employment reference checks, verification of professional licensure and/or educational credentials, a motor vehicle report (MVR), and a comprehensive background check.

The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the Wage Transparency Law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience. Salary range: $109,244-$182,320.
