What You'll Do

As a Senior Operator, Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), you will play a pivotal role in overseeing 24/7 security monitoring, incident response, and threat analysis across global operations. Acting as a key escalation point during your shift, you'll coordinate response efforts, guide GSOC Operators, and ensure seamless communication during critical events. This role sits at the center of physical security operations, combining advanced technology, analytical insight, and leadership to protect people, assets, and business continuity worldwide.
• Shift Leadership & Oversight - Lead GSOC shift operations, ensuring continuous monitoring of global facilities, personnel, and assets through security systems and intelligence platforms
• Incident Management & Escalation - Serve as the primary escalation point, coordinating response efforts, managing incident logs, and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders
• Threat Intelligence & Risk Analysis - Monitor open-source intelligence (OSINT) and threat feeds to assess risks and deliver actionable insights with recommended mitigation strategies
• Travel Security Support - Track real-time travel risks, issue alerts, and coordinate rapid response support for employees facing security threats while traveling
• Team Development & Guidance - Mentor and support GSOC Operators, facilitating training, performance feedback, and ongoing skill development
• Technology & Systems Monitoring - Operate and manage key GSOC technologies, including video surveillance, access control, and incident management systems, while identifying opportunities for improvement
• Reporting & Documentation - Oversee the creation of incident reports, shift summaries, and trend analyses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established protocols
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Security, Facilities, Human Resources (HR), Information Technology (IT), and leadership to support crisis response and business continuity efforts

What You'll Bring
• Education - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications in security, criminal justice, or a related field preferred
• Experience - Demonstrated experience in a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) or similar security operations environment, including incident response and monitoring
• Security Operations Expertise - Strong understanding of physical security systems, protocols, and real-time monitoring environments
• Analytical Thinking - Proven ability to assess threats, interpret intelligence, and make informed, timely decisions under pressure
• Leadership & Team Support - Experience guiding or mentoring team members, with the ability to provide direction in dynamic situations
• Technology Proficiency - Familiarity with Microsoft Office and experience with access control systems (e.g., CCure) and video surveillance platforms (e.g., Exacq) preferred
• Communication & Coordination - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
• Flexibility & Reliability - Willingness to support a 24/7 operation, including extended hours to cover staffing needs as required
