Description & Requirements

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career-driven, and strategic Senior Growth Data Analyst specializing in CRM analytics and pipeline intelligence to join our team. Sitting at the heart of our Growth Organization, this role serves as a critical bridge between data, strategy, and execution as we advance our Account-Based Selling (ABSD) model. This is a hybrid position in Herndon, VA.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Own the monitoring and analysis of pipeline health to ensure alignment with account strategies and North Star priorities.
  • Serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for Salesforce within the ABSD framework and lead enhancements to streamline data collection and pipeline hygiene.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality, assess validity, and mitigate anomalies using Salesforce functionality.
  • Partner with internal business teams and ABSD leadership to translate account demand signals into actionable reporting and BI solutions.
  • Design and deliver analytic artifacts that empower executive leadership to make informed operational decisions and refine account planning.
  • Turn complex business development (BD) and capture data into actionable intelligence to drive strategy and inform C-suite decisions.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence, with at least 2 years in the GovCon sector.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce.
  • High proficiency in relational querying, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools.
  • Advanced expertise in Google Applications and Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel for complex financial and pipeline modeling.
  • Demonstrated ability as a proactive self-starter to solve complex unstructured problems and challenge standard processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with proven success operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment while effectively communicating with senior leadership.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with TechnoMile or similar GovCon CRM overlays.
  • Proven track record of turning BD data into strategic insights that directly help win high-value federal contracts.
  • Deep understanding of the federal acquisition lifecycle, pipeline dynamics, and government contracting growth strategies.


Clearance Requirements:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen


Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to collaborate with team members.
  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and internal teams, and must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.


The projected compensation range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,100.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
