As a Senior Growth Analyst across NY or LA, you'll step into client strategy, fix tracking gaps before they cost performance, and help top global apps make confident spend decisions. To deliver these insights, you'll work directly alongside experienced growth marketers, data scientists, and engineers across the US, Sweden, and Bulgaria.
The Senior Growth Analyst role in action

You'll drive measurement strategy and analytical leadership for world-class clients by:
  • Serving as the primary analytics partner in client conversations, translating complex data findings into clear growth moves and driving feedback loops between marketing and creative teams.
  • Owning tracking and measurement implementation end-to-end across mobile app and web platforms, including MMPs such as Adjust/AppsFlyer, GTM, product analytics platforms, and publisher SDKs/pixels, from solution design and implementation through validation and troubleshooting.
  • Advising on advanced measurement strategies including martech stack design, incrementality, and privacy frameworks (SKAN, CMP, CAPI) , helping leadership teams navigate measurement gaps and make investment decisions with greater confidence.
  • Designing decision-ready BI reporting (Sigma, Looker, Tableau) and standardizing analytical workflows to keep reporting scalable across accounts.
  • Elevating team standards & bridging technical insights by sharing best practices, leading trainings on analytical tools, and translating complex Data Science and Engineering findings into clear business strategy for clients.
  • Integrating AI workflows and automation into daily analytics work to reduce manual effort, accelerate analysis and reporting, and create efficiencies that improve client outcomes.
What makes you a great fit
  • Experience: Proven track record (~4+ years) in digital analytics (mobile app & web), owning measurement strategy, MMP and web tracking implementations, and serving as a direct client partner.
    • Experience with incrementality testing, lift testing, or Media Mix Models (MMM) is a strong plus.
  • Tracking & Attribution Mastery: Hands-on experience architecting setups across MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer), publisher pixels, GTM, and product analytics (GA4, Mixpanel, RevenueCat). Deep fluency in attribution models, lookback windows, and privacy frameworks (SKAN, CMP, CAPI).
  • Client Ownership: Primary analytics lead on key accounts with experience running strategy calls, navigating ambiguous requests, and driving alignment across fast-moving stakeholders.
  • Data Pipelines & Cohort Analysis: Skilled in building data pipelines from API calls to BI transformation (Sigma, Looker, Tableau), pairing acquisition data directly with downstream outcomes like retention, ROAS, LTV, and cohort performance.
  • Ownership & High Standards: Proactive problem-solver who navigates ambiguous client needs, communicates complex data clearly to non-technical leads, and takes full accountability for outcomes.
