The Role

As a leader within this critical organization, you will hold significant ownership over Reddit's long-term monetization strategy. You will manage multiple broad product areas, leading a high-performing team to build products that are as delightful as they are effective.
Core Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Growth: Hire, mentor, and develop a world-class team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Strategy & Vision: Define and champion the long-term product vision for advertising products; translate complex advertiser needs into a cohesive, high-impact roadmap.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate seamlessly with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Sales, and Marketing to launch products that drive measurable advertiser success.
  • Execution: Own key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive the end-to-end execution of features within the product suite.
  • Communication: Craft compelling product narratives and present strategic updates to diverse stakeholders, including the executive leadership team.
  • Market Leadership: Stay at the forefront of ad tech evolution, identifying emerging opportunities to keep Reddit Ads ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
  • Industry Expertise: 8+ years of Product Management experience, specifically within Ads Quality or building Advertiser-facing products.

Reddit is an American social news aggregation, web content rating, and discussion website. Registered members submit content to the site such as links, text posts, images, and videos, which are then voted up or down by other members. Posts are organized by subject into user-created boards called "communities" or "subreddits", which cover topics such as news, politics, religion, science, movies, video games, music, books, sports, fitness, cooking, pets, and image-sharing.
