Full Job Description
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will develop conceptual and effective visual marketing and communication solutions for business unit clients. Primary duties include:
  • Create visual solutions to communicate key messages.
  • Use industry standard creative software, typography, graphic design and conceptual creative ideation to create cross channel materials that meet the goals and objectives for the City's marketing and communications strategies.
  • Review and research past projects and similar initiatives; stay informed about graphic design current best practices.
  • Collaborate and brainstorm to develop preliminary concepts to solve client communications and marketing needs.
  • Consult with clients and colleagues to define project parameters; advise on communication and production tactics; present concepts to clients, explaining strategies and rationale for design solutions.
  • Give creative guidance to internal production support and external vendors, ensuring design adheres to corporate brand and quality.
Qualifications
