The opportunity

As a senior graphic designer, you are a talented and motivated creative professional with design strategy and innovative solutions at your core. You'll consult with internal clients to cultivate and maintain strong relationships. You'll collaborate with art directors, cross-disciplinary teams, stakeholders and clients to develop and execute compelling design solutions and engaging ideas rooted in strategy that moves business forward.

Your key responsibilities

As a strong communicator and conceptual thinker, you'll leverage your proven ability to articulate ideas and implement advanced creative solutions for external and internal facing campaigns as well as a variety of multifaceted design projects. You'll exhibit business acumen, create innovative design solutions and keep abreast of industry trends. You'll be instrumental in contributing to a high-performing team environment and passionate about mentoring peers and delivering outstanding client experiences.

You can expect to conduct design consultations while navigating conversations with knowledge and insight toward business solutions. You'll develop and co-develop creative briefs, storyboards and layouts to effectively communicate design ideas that are persuasive and inclusive. You'll conceptualize and execute design solutions that align with business objectives while offering elevated client and team experiences. You'll design clear and visually compelling campaigns, pitches and presentations. You'll mentor creative project team members in developing conceptual skills and provide constructive feedback to implement the project vision.

To qualify for the role, you must have
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related discipline or equivalent work experience
  • Creative digital portfolio demonstrating outstanding conceptual thinking and design skills, and experience in marketing campaign work with an emphasis on organic social media and paid media.
  • Five-plus years of related experience as a senior graphic designer
  • Advanced experience and technical understanding of digital media and print design in-house and with vendors
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with proficiency in prototyping, Microsoft Office and Teams
  • Experience working in a fast paced, matrixed agency or in-house team environment to develop a range of creative initiatives


Ideally, you'll also have
  • Experience working and mentoring in a virtual environment
  • Ability to skillfully liaison between groups of people to bring positive solutions that meet business objectives
  • Problem-solving skills to identify, resolve and overcome obstacles

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $65,700 to $119,200. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $78,800 to $135,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
