Overview

Reporting to the Art Director of Brand, the Senior Graphic Designer role supports the development and execution of visual concepts that reflect and elevate HEYDUDE's global brand standards. Responsibilities include designing layouts and producing print and digital assets for both consumer-facing campaigns and internal brand initiatives. This position collaborates cross-functionally with teams across channels and departments to deliver cohesive, high-quality creative solutions that meet the brand's evolving needs.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and deliver creative assets based on briefs, ensuring timely execution for both internal and external marketing needs across U.S. and global markets. This includes (but is not limited to) retail and fixture graphics, packaging, digital ads, presentations, mockups, and more.
  • Present and communicate design ideas, concepts, and new creative initiatives with clarity and confidence.
  • Receive and apply constructive feedback effectively to achieve the highest level of design quality.
  • Uphold and evolve brand standards by delivering fresh, thoughtful, and practical creative solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to drive innovation and elevate the brand across all touchpoints.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment by staying adaptable, optimistic, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing work based on business goals and deadlines.
  • Execute projects end-to-end-from initial concept through iterative feedback, revisions, and final production, including vendor coordination when needed.
  • Demonstrate strong expertise designing across both print and digital platforms, including retail and web environments.

Title: Senior Graphic Designer

Salary or Pay Range: $87,000 - $97,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
