MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented
Senior Government Compliance Analyst to join our team in
Washington, D.C.. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Perform complex research and analysis on property and asset accounting procedures, applying FAR/DAR and DoDFMR regulations to deliver strategic client solutions and recommendations.
- Lead PP&E audit remediation, conduct operational reviews, and develop corrective action plans to address gaps in preparation for financial statement audits.
- Coordinate business process activities and work with the CFO Team to evaluate audit findings, recommend process improvements, and drive the implementation of new asset accounting procedures.
- Develop and deliver presentations, briefings, and client work products for asset special projects in alignment with established project plans.
- Manage, track, and audit periodic inventories for accountable property, including Government Furnished Equipment, GOTS, COTS, and consumable products.
- Direct disposition activities for accountable property and serve as a key liaison/interface for external reviews and audits.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships across internal teams, government leadership, and associate contractor property representatives.
Minimum Qualifications:- Requires a bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience in federal accounting and business processes. An additional four years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- Experience in auditing and/or remediation.
- Willing and able to travel within the organizational area of responsibility (35% travel)
Clearance Requirements:- Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and JAFAN 6/0 eligibility
- SSBI completed within the past 6 years
- Must be able to obtain SCI prior to starting
Physical Requirements:- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $119,900.00-$199,600.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
