We're looking for a Senior Global Talent Attraction Creative Specialist to serve as the creative design lead for Ford's Global Employer Brand team while leading employer brand content, storytelling, and recruitment marketing initiatives that help talent discover, engage with, and choose Ford across Europe.

  • You'll shape how talent across Europe discovers, connects with, and chooses Ford - serving as the creative force behind our global employer brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

What you'll do...
  • Lead employer brand content strategy and recruitment marketing campaigns across Europe and international markets, aligning creative output to regional hiring priorities.
  • Create high-impact visual storytelling - including employee features, video, digital assets, and social content - that brings Ford's culture, innovation, and purpose to life.
  • Serve as creative lead for the Global Employer Brand team, developing scalable templates, toolkits, and style guides while ensuring alignment with corporate brand standards.
  • Partner with recruiters, talent acquisition leaders, and business stakeholders to build attraction strategies for critical talent segments and support careers site content.
  • Track and analyze campaign, content, and channel performance, using data to optimize creative assets and improve candidate engagement and hiring outcomes.


Qualifications

You'll have...

Education:
  • Associate's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

You'll have...
  • Portfolio required, demonstrating employer branding, graphic design, visual storytelling, content creation, digital marketing, and creative campaign experience.
  • 5+ years professional experience working in a global, matrixed environment while managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • 5+ years of experience developing employer brand storytelling, employee stories, recruitment marketing content, executing recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • 5+ years of experience owning and maintaining brand standards, visual identity systems, creative guidelines, and design governance frameworks.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communications, creative services, digital, social media, web, email, video, and marketing channels.
  • Demonstrated experience using data and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, social media analytics, CRM reporting, or recruitment marketing analytics tools) to measure campaign performance, optimize content strategies, make recommendations to stakeholders, and communicate how data informed decisions.
  • Strong writing, editing, visual storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English required.

Even better, you may have...
  • Experience working within the automotive, mobility, or a related global consumer brand.
  • Experience managing external creative or media agencies and vendor relationships.
  • Experience presenting creative strategy and performance results to senior leadership or cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Additional European language proficiency.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience.

This position is a banded salary grade goes upto salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100-$166,200.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
