Our Finance and Accounting teams build the financial infrastructure to scale our growing company. We combine analytical and strategic thinking to develop a sound financial future for our global brand. We work closely with teams across the company, international subsidiaries, as well as with external partners to ensure a world-class finance organization. Our team contains experts from fields like tax, treasury, purchasing, FP&A, and more.
What You'll Do

The Global Stock Plan Administrator will lead all aspects of our equity program. The ideal candidate has demonstrated the ability to work with all levels of the organization to develop, implement and maintain best-in-class equity systems and processes at a growing, global company along with a passion to deliver the highest quality of customer service.
In this role, you will
  • Own end-to-end equity plan administration including processing new awards, transactions, terminations, cancellations, repurchases, and award modifications.
  • Maintain the equity database and cap table, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all employee and equity data.
  • Prepare month-end financial reporting on equity transactions and stock compensation charges, and assist with dilution and stock-based expense forecasting, including IFRS conversion for statutory reporting requirements.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and prepare work-papers in support of external audits.
  • Partner with HR, Legal, Tax, and Finance to coordinate equity workstreams and support event-driven items such as option exercises, tax inquiries, program modifications, and the 409(a) valuation process.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the equity function.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to equity participants and cross-functional partners. Field ad hoc inquiries, educating employees on their equity grants, and staying current on relevant laws and regulations.
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in business or accounting, with experience in equity or stock plan administration.
  • Proficiency with equity administration software (Shareworks experience preferred) and advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical ability. Able to gather and summarize data, troubleshoot administrative issues, and maintain a high standard of accuracy across all deliverables.
  • Highest level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive, confidential compensation and equity information.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the poise, tact, and positive attitude needed to partner effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex global environment, managing competing priorities while staying innovative and solutions-oriented.
  • SOX and/or IFRS2 experience is a plus.
