Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain management, or 8 years in sourcing with electrical specialization
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, and PLM systems, preferably Arena
• Strong organizational skills with excellent verbal and written communication
• Keen attention to detail in managing supply chain activities

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a modern supply chain strategy for efficiency and cost optimization
• Organize supply chain activities with an emphasis on supplier consolidation and security of supply
• Support and execute key supply agreements with a dual sourcing strategy
• Manage critical suppliers and mitigate risks related to supply issues
• Oversee the electrical, displays, and sensors commodity category
• Facilitate communication between R&D and Manufacturing for successful product launches
• Ensure suppliers meet ChargePoint's business standards and promote continuous improvement
