Senior Global Product Manager is responsible for defining and executing product line strategies across the full product lifecycle, from market discovery through commercialization and sustaining activities. This role partners closely with R&D, Operations, Commercial, and Regional stakeholders to drive portfolio growth, adoption, and profitability.
This position reports to the Director, Product Management, is part of the Global Product Management Team, and is located onsite in Cincinnati, Ohio.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead global market and portfolio strategy by applying Voice of the Customer, competitive intelligence, and market insights to identify unmet needs, accelerate growth, and enable sustainable value creation in line with DBS principles.
- Own portfolio strategy, roadmaps, and pricing by building robust business cases that deliver revenue growth, margin expansion, and market share gains.
- Drive disciplined product development execution by partnering with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality through structured tollgates, standard work, and milestone-driven execution.
- Lead global go‑to‑market strategy and launches, defining compelling customer value propositions, positioning, messaging, and commercial enablement to drive adoption and performance.
- Optimize product lifecycle performance by guiding launch readiness, KPI achievement, sustaining activities, and portfolio optimization while enabling strong cross‑functional alignment through data‑driven decision making.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, engineering, or a related field
- More than 5 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a customer‑facing technical product role
- Medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry experience
- Demonstrated experience conducting VOC research and translating insights into strategy, business cases, or product requirements
- Proven ability to partner cross‑functionally across Sales, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, and Service organizations
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environmental Requirements:
- Ability to travel up to 15%, including domestic and international travel
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Experience supporting global product launches and regional commercialization
- Strong financial acumen with hands‑on experience building and defending business cases

The annual salary range for this role is $140,000 to $165,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
