If so, the Related Management Company Luxury team is searching for an individual like you with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team as a Senior General Manager! This opportunity is located at our luxury 40-story high-rise, Fifteen Fifty, located at 1550 Mission Street in San Francisco!
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS A SENIOR GENERAL MANAGER- Property Oversight: Ensure that the residential community maintains the highest standards of excellence. Oversee the general day to day operations of our luxury residential building. Develop policies, procedures, and regulations to effectively manage the property including construction work, tenant alteration process and certificate of insurance requirements.
- Collaborative Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth, innovation, and teamwork. Provide guidance and support, ensuring everyone is aligned with the vision of delivering exceptional resident service.
- Resident Interface: Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, actively listening to their needs and concerns. Serve as a trusted point of contact, promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and anticipating their needs to enhance their living experience.
- Customer Service: Makes introductory calls to all future residents prior to move-in and initiates face-to-face meeting with new residents to assure quality control and confirm satisfaction with service that was provided. Interface with our CX team to ensure compliance with brand strategy and service initiatives.
- Communication: Ensure efficient and courteous response to all resident requests. Handles all resident complaints expeditiously, diplomatically and professionally. Provides resolution to resident problems and on-going resident relations.
- Compliance: Maintains accurate files for all site administration, including: lease files, operational procedure files, work-order files, etc. Prepares and processes appropriate written communications, i.e., memos, letters, insurance incident reports, etc.
- Financials: Analyze financial statements utilizing knowledge and innovation to improve financial performance. Develop and manage annual operating budgets, capital plans and programs to address critical needs as well as innovate enhancements to serve the asset and ownership groups.

COMPENSATION- The annual salary ranges from $130,000 to $140,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.

QualificationsWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR - You have 5 + years of proven successful experience in a leadership role in the property management industry, overseeing 500 plus units.
- You are a results-oriented leader who demonstrates genuine care and concern for your team, vendors, and residents.
- You are a financial guru who is familiar with reading and writing budgets along with creating and analyzing variance reports. You possess a comprehensive understanding of all facets of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables.
- You are committed to the mission of exceeding expectations and providing exceptional service to strengthen real estate value.
- You are a technology enthusiast proficient in leveraging technology tools and platforms including Microsoft Office, calendar management, our internal applicant database software (Yardi) and social media seamlessly.
- You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with ease among our team, residents and vendors.
- You have the ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
