As the operational leader of this iconic community, you'll partner closely with the Board of Directors, oversee a talented onsite team, manage multimillion-dollar operating and capital budgets, and drive initiatives that enhance both the resident experience and long-term value of the property.

Property Information Skyview on the Hudson is one of New York City's most prestigious condominium communities, offering luxury residences, a Fendi-designed lobby, resort-style amenities, an outdoor pool, fitness center, tennis courts, spa facilities, and a spectacular 260,000-square-foot landscaped rooftop overlooking the Manhattan skyline.

What You'll DoLeadership & Team Development- Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary onsite leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent while creating opportunities for employee growth and succession planning.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, coaching conversations, and leadership development initiatives.
- Champion Related's culture, values, and commitment to exceptional resident service.
Board Partnership & Strategic Leadership- Serve as the primary liaison to the Condominium Board of Directors, building trusted relationships through transparency, communication, and strategic guidance.
- Prepare and present operational, financial, and capital improvement updates during Board meetings.
- Provide thoughtful recommendations that support long-term planning, asset preservation, and community enhancement.
- Execute Board initiatives while balancing resident satisfaction, operational efficiency, and fiscal responsibility.
Financial Leadership- Own the property's operating and capital budgets, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
- Analyze monthly financial performance, prepare variance reports, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee forecasting, reserve planning, and long-term capital improvement initiatives.
- Ensure responsible expense management while maintaining Related's luxury service standards.
Property Operations- Direct all aspects of daily building operations, including engineering, maintenance, security, resident services, and vendor management.
- Lead preventative maintenance programs that protect the property's physical assets and enhance long-term value.
- Oversee construction projects, tenant alterations, and capital improvements while minimizing disruption to residents.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, governing documents, and company policies.
Resident Experience- Deliver a hospitality-driven living experience that reflects Related's reputation for luxury residential excellence.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents while addressing complex concerns with professionalism, discretion, and urgency.
- Foster a welcoming environment for residents, guests, Board members, vendors, and prospective buyers.
- Continuously identify opportunities to elevate service standards and resident satisfaction.
Vendor & Risk Management- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with contractors, consultants, and service providers.
- Negotiate vendor agreements while ensuring quality, compliance, and fiscal responsibility.
- Monitor contractor performance, insurance compliance, and contractual obligations.
- Ensure emergency preparedness plans, life safety programs, and operational risk management procedures remain current and effective.
Operational Excellence- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service delivery, and financial performance.
- Leverage data and reporting to make informed business decisions and measure operational success.
- Lead special projects that support innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement across the property.
Compensation:$150,000 - $175,000 + Discretionary Bonus

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience within luxury residential, condominium, hospitality, mixed-use, or Class A property management.
- Demonstrated success partnering with Condominium or HOA Boards of Directors.
- Proven experience managing multimillion-dollar operating and capital budgets.
- Strong understanding of building systems, preventative maintenance, capital planning, and vendor management.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience building and developing high-performing teams.
- Executive presence with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence diverse stakeholders while balancing competing priorities.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Experience managing complex resident relationships with professionalism and discretion.
- Mandarin or Chinese language proficiency is highly preferred but not required.
