About the Role:Anytime Fitness in Collegedale, TN is looking for a driven and experienced Senior General Manager to lead our gym to new heights! Responsibilities:- Oversee all day-to-day gym operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members and staff
- Drive membership sales growth through lead generation, community outreach, and member retention strategies
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing gym staff team
- Monitor and manage club financials including budgets, P&L, and revenue goals
- Deliver exceptional member experience and resolve escalated member concerns promptly
- Implement corporate initiatives and ensure brand standards are consistently met
- Analyze club performance metrics and develop action plans to achieve KPIs
Requirements:- 3+ years of management experience, preferably in fitness, retail, or hospitality industries
- Proven track record in sales performance and membership or revenue growth
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze financial reports and drive data-informed decisions
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals
- CPR/AED certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
Compensation: $89,456.00 - $95,647.00 per year
