Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission

2+ Years MCA / Alternative Business Finance Experience Required

You Know How to Close Deals. Ready to Do It Somewhere You Can Build?

You know the MCA and alternative finance industry.

You know how to read a deal, understand what a business owner needs, navigate underwriting and approvals, present funding options, overcome objections, and get deals funded.

Now you're looking for the right company to put that experience to work.

A strong pipeline. Warm opportunities. Experienced leadership. Uncapped earning potential. And the opportunity to help build something bigger.

If you're an experienced business funding closer, we want to talk to you.

Our Business Funding Associates, referral partners, and marketing systems are generating opportunities. We're looking for an experienced Funding Manager who knows how to take qualified business owners through the funding process and get deals across the finish line.

What You Will Do

  • Work with lenders and funding partners to obtain and evaluate approvals.
  • Present funding options, navigate objections, negotiate when appropriate, and close funded deals.
  • Guide clients through underwriting, documentation, and funding.
  • Collaborate with our sales and operations teams to keep deals moving while managing an accurate pipeline in Salesforce.

You'll Thrive Here If You...
  • Have 2+ years of proven experience in Merchant Cash Advance (MCA), alternative business finance, or small business lending.

  • Understand underwriting, deal structure, lender relationships, approvals, and the funding process.
  • Can confidently discuss rates, terms, payment structures, and financing options with business owners.
  • Know how to overcome objections, earn trust, and move deals forward.
  • Take ownership of your pipeline, follow-up, and results in a fast-moving sales environment.
