About the Role / Position Summary

The Senior Fund Operations Analyst is accountable for providing day-to-day support on FEG's proprietary funds. Responsibilities include coordinating activities with Fund Operations staff, custodians/banks, third-party vendors, fund administrators, FEG internal parties, and investment managers. The position entails resolving various fund-specific administrative and operational tasks and initiatives with the primary objective of providing exceptional back-office services to the Funds' investors.

What You'll Do / Position Responsibilities

Operations, Accounting & Reporting
  • Preparation of all fund processes including valuation, financial reporting, treasury management, audit, tax, and investor relations.
  • Compiling and analyzing bank, investment, and financial statements.
  • Perform account maintenance and reconciliation activities.


Cash Management & Capital Activities
  • Reconciling and forecasting of cash.
  • Manage and process cash activities including checks, transfers, wires, private capital calls and distributions.


Investor, Manager & Stakeholder Support
  • Coordinate the execution of new manager documents.
  • Interacting and assisting investors with issues and needs related to their investments including coordinating client audit requirements.
  • Coordinating with third-party vendors associated with the administration of all FEG Funds.


Process Improvement & Special Projects
  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Assist with departmental projects as desired.
  • Serve as mentor to junior operations staff to promote familiarity of processes and procedures.


What We Require / Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field; MBA or CAIA desirable.
