Duties & Responsibilities
Review the work of a group of Fund Administrators (I, II and III). Reviewing responsibilities primarily includes financial statements, board materials, compliance tests and other functions of Fund Administration.
Key Functions:
- Coordinate with Lead Administrator and client’s external auditor the audit of financial statements and provide timely and accurate documentation necessary to complete the audit
- Respond to client questions and requests
- Perform review of quarterly, semi-annual and annual financial reports for assigned funds to ensure accuracy and proper disclosure
- Perform review of periodic dividend and capital gain distributions
- Perform final review of requested board material for client board meetings.
- Other Duties as assigned
Knowledge & Skills
MINIMUM:
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Attention to details
- Understanding of mutual fund and GAAP requirements required
- Strong customer service skill are necessary
Requirements
MINIMUM:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of four years of fund administration or related industry experience
PREFERRED:
- Accounting or finance degree preferred

US Employees in California, Washington DC, New Jersey, and New York:
$69,920 - $109,460
US Employees in Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin:
$63,830 - $100,210
US Employees in all other states not listed above:
$57,760 - $90,960
