A large global retailer is seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Developer to join our team for Point-of-Sale migration projects. This role involves migrating old POS systems to new ones, setting up pipelines, and pushing updates to production.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain web applications using React JS technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Implement and manage microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
Integrate third-party libraries and APIs.
Utilize Splunk, Open Observe, and Grafana for alerting, dashboard creation, and log search.
Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
Write unit tests using Mockito and regression tests using Cucumber.
Deploy and manage microservices on Kubernetes clusters.
Provide production deployment and support for clients.

Required Skills & Experience5+ years of experience as a hands-on Front End Engineer.
Expert in web app development with React JS technologies.
3 years of experience in JavaScript and Redux.
Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) design principles.
Experience with Java, Microservices, and Spring Boot.
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
Familiarity with Splunk, Open Observe, and Grafana.
Experience with Jenkins Pipeline for CI/CD.
Proficiency in writing unit tests using Mockito.
Experience in production deployment and support for clients.
Proficiency in writing regression tests using Cucumber and integration tests.
Experience with Kubernetes for deploying microservices and managing clusters.
Kafka or RabbitMQ experience for messaging and streaming
Nice to Have Skills & ExperienceUI automation using Selenium is a plus as UI engineers are expected to complete UI automation of their features
