About the Role We are hiring a
Senior Full Stack Software Developer to contribute to the design and development of our core systems.
This role is ideal for engineers who have strong hands-on skills and a growing architectural mindset, and who are comfortable working in complex, high-scale environments.
What You'll Do - Leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor) to improve development efficiency and code quality
- Design and develop backend services using PHP (Laravel preferred)
- Build and maintain frontend features using React
- Contribute to system design and architectural decisions within your domain
- Optimize systems for high concurrency and large-scale data processing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features
- Integrate with internal and external APIs and logistics partners
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- ~10 years of software development experience
- Strong proficiency in PHP (Laravel or similar frameworks)
- Solid experience with React or modern frontend frameworks
- Experience building systems with moderate to high concurrency
- Good understanding of system design and backend architecture principles
- Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL, including query optimization
- Familiarity with Redis, caching, and message queues
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / AliCloud is a plus)
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and Linux environments
- Experience using AI tools to improve development productivity
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
