The OpportunityAs a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will work across the stack, spanning frontend, backend, and the data pipelines and agentic/AI workflows at the core of the product. This is a backend-leaning, product-focused role: you will take customer feedback, help shape product direction, and ship features end to end. The stack is modern and intentionally lean (TypeScript and React, some Python, Postgres, Temporal for durable workflows, a monorepo), so you can move quickly on genuinely hard problems.
You will join a small, senior engineering team during a period of rapid growth, with meaningful equity and a direct line to the founders.
Responsibilities- Build and ship features across the full stack, with an emphasis on backend systems
- Design and maintain data pipelines and data-movement workflows
- Contribute to agentic and AI-driven product capabilities
- Take customer feedback and help shape product direction, not just execute tickets
- Collaborate closely with a small, senior team in a fast-moving codebase
Requirements- 5-7 years of full stack engineering experience (4+ considered on the lower end)
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React, with some Python
- Product-minded engineer who can form opinions and contribute to product direction
- Demonstrable use of AI tools in your day-to-day workflow
- Startup experience preferred
- Bonus: experience with ETL / data movement, browser automation or scraping, AWS, or agentic infrastructure
