Travel and Entertainment Team:

This team will be responsible for building event driven api and integrated 3rd party solutions with some of the largest travel and entertainment businesses in the world. They will be responsible for automating our current reimbursements product. This team will innovate and collaborate with most of our core areas, with transactions, spend, budgets, and payments.

We'd love to chat if you have:

• • BS in Computer Science or related area
  • 5+ years developing systems/software for large business environment platforms on Java (3 years if you have a master's degree)
  • Backend tech stack: We're using Elixir on the backend, but since this is not a common language, we're happy if you have experience with any mainstream coding language on the backend, preferably Java
  • We also use Postgres Database, Kafka, GraphQL
  • Frontend tech stack, non-negotiable: Production level React Experience
  • Experience implementing complex distributed systems and robust, highly scalable, and performant SaaS applications
  • Experience working on large scale high volume / high availability transactional systems
  • Nice to have experience in RabbitMQ, Redis, ElasticSearch, REST APIs
  • Excellent teamwork and communication, ability to work across multiple feature teams and product managers

The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL's bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

$126,500-$151,700 USD
