Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

We are seeking a qualified Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and validation of ground control software, simulators, and test tools that support critical mission systems. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in modern web-based software development, system architecture, and technical leadership, combined with a passion for mentoring and delivering high quality, mission critical solutions in complex aerospace environments.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of ground control software, simulators, and test tools for space-based robotic systems
  • Design modular, extensible, testable, and efficient software architecture
  • Produce clear, accurate, and well-structured technical documentation
  • Lead and participate in the implementation, integration, and testing of software solutions
  • Conduct code, design, and technical reviews for both senior and junior engineers
  • Mentor and develop junior team members through coaching, technical discussions, and review of work products
  • Lead task estimation and support technical planning activities
  • Collaborate with other senior engineers and management to define, evolve, and enforce coding standards, tools, and development processes
  • Work within an Agile development environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management or technical leadership


Basic Qualifications
