We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, JavaScript, AWS, Kubernetes, and modern front-end and back-end development frameworks. This role requires the ability to design and implement scalable backend systems and build engaging, user-friendly front-end applications. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, efficient, and secure software solutions.

The Work Itself

  • Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java and web applications using libraries such as Spring Boot, and frameworks like React, Angular, and Vue.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Leverage AWS services to build and manage scalable and secure infrastructure; deploy, monitor, and maintain containerized applications in Kubernetes.
  • AI Integration: Develop and integrate AI/ML models into applications to solve complex problems.
  • Serverless Solutions: Build and manage serverless architectures using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and related technologies.
  • Performance Optimization: Ensure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, Data Science, and Product, to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Code Reviews and Documentation: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards; create and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes.
  • Design and Architecture: Participate in design review, code review, and architecture review forums, interacting with client tech SMEs and architects.


The Skills You Bring

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of professional development experience in Java and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Core Java, Java 8, J2EE, Spring Boot, RESTful web services, and Maven.
  • Proficiency in frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, and Vue.
  • Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB) and Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and API design principles.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git version control practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and strong communication abilities.


Preferred:

  • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, SageMaker).
  • Solid understanding of database design and optimization for both SQL and NoSQL.
  • Knowledge of web security practices and defense against vulnerabilities such as XSS, CSRF, and SQL injection.
  • Experience in designing and securing RESTful/ GraphQL APIs.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
  • AWS certification(s) (AWS Certified Developer, AWS Certified ML) is a plus.
  • Background in data engineering.
  • Experience in the Banking domain is a plus.

Base Pay Range : $85000 - $150000 USD

An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
