Full Job Description

This role will convert detailed Fulfillment & Logistics data into useful intelligence that improves delivery performance, warehouse management, cycle time, inventory accuracy, transportation efficiency, cost, and customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and maintain end-to-end analytics across inbound transportation, warehouse operations, inventory, outbound fulfillment, transportation, and final delivery.

  • Analyze operational performance to identify bottlenecks, process gaps, capacity constraints, and opportunities to improve cycle time and service levels.

  • Conduct root-cause and Pareto analysis to identify systemic drivers of operational failures and recurring exceptions.

  • Develop predictive and exception-based analytics that allow operations teams to identify risks before they impact customers.

  • Develop and sustain scalable dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent BI platforms.

  • Extract, merge, and analyze data from enterprise systems including SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, SAP TM, TMS, WMS, ERP, CRM, carrier platforms, and logistics visibility systems.

  • Identify master-data issues impacting fulfillment execution, including product dimensions, weights, country of origin, packaging information, carrier data, and warehouse master data.

  • Find opportunities to apply AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, and automation to fulfillment and logistics operations.

What We Need to See:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related area (or equivalent experience).

  • Over 12 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, operations analytics, or business intelligence.

  • Strong experience analyzing warehouse, transportation, inventory, order fulfillment, or supply chain performance data.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization software.

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, and SAP TM.

  • Experience with Python, R, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar analytical/data platforms.

  • Knowledge of global transportation, freight forwarding, customs, warehousing, reverse logistics, and fulfillment operations.

  • Experience working within high-growth, technology, semiconductor, AI infrastructure, or data-center supply chains.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 176,000 USD - 276,000 USD.
