This role will convert detailed Fulfillment & Logistics data into useful intelligence that improves delivery performance, warehouse management, cycle time, inventory accuracy, transportation efficiency, cost, and customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
Develop and maintain end-to-end analytics across inbound transportation, warehouse operations, inventory, outbound fulfillment, transportation, and final delivery.
Analyze operational performance to identify bottlenecks, process gaps, capacity constraints, and opportunities to improve cycle time and service levels.
Conduct root-cause and Pareto analysis to identify systemic drivers of operational failures and recurring exceptions.
Develop predictive and exception-based analytics that allow operations teams to identify risks before they impact customers.
Develop and sustain scalable dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent BI platforms.
Extract, merge, and analyze data from enterprise systems including SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, SAP TM, TMS, WMS, ERP, CRM, carrier platforms, and logistics visibility systems.
Identify master-data issues impacting fulfillment execution, including product dimensions, weights, country of origin, packaging information, carrier data, and warehouse master data.
Find opportunities to apply AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, and automation to fulfillment and logistics operations.
What We Need to See:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related area (or equivalent experience).
Over 12 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, operations analytics, or business intelligence.
Strong experience analyzing warehouse, transportation, inventory, order fulfillment, or supply chain performance data.
Demonstrated proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization software.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, and SAP TM.
Experience with Python, R, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar analytical/data platforms.
Knowledge of global transportation, freight forwarding, customs, warehousing, reverse logistics, and fulfillment operations.
Experience working within high-growth, technology, semiconductor, AI infrastructure, or data-center supply chains.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 176,000 USD - 276,000 USD.
