Job Description:Job Summary:Supports the movement and growth opportunities for inbound and outbound cargo for freight forwarding customers. Ensures that freight is processed in compliance with governmental regulations (e.g., Federal Aviation Administration, Transportation Security Administration, etc.). Collaborates with vendors, customers, commercial airline carriers, ocean freightliners, and other internal support groups for the movement of international and domestic air and ocean shipments.
Provides specific functional expertise that is theoretical and conceptual in nature. This expertise is typically acquired through a combination of university education and experience within a field.
This is a supervisory role with direct people management responsibilities. The individual will have responsibility for supervising others in the capacity of a "player coach". They will lead, coach, and develop a team, ensuring performance improvement and achievement of team objectives.
Applies conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and basic knowledge of related job disciplines. Performs a mix of routine and novel work assignments. Analyzes multiple data sources, both qualitative and quantitative, to understand problems related to own job discipline. Solves complex problems by taking a new perspective on existing solutions. Impacts the team's productivity and quality. Builds consensus among members of the team or related teams regarding technical issues related to own job discipline. Works independently, receives minimal guidance. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
Qualifications:- Excellent communication skills - Required.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, etc. - Required.
- Previous experience within the logistics field - Preferred.

Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $82.140,00/year to $133.500,00/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate's work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
