Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department heads to monitor financial performance and perform variance analysis.
  • Support monthly and quarterly close processes through reporting and dashboard development.
  • Manage financial reporting duties and respond to government audit requests, including DCAA/DCMA interactions.
  • Contribute to M&A integration and strategic finance initiatives by developing financial models and offering insights to senior leadership.

Royce Geo, a GRVTY Company is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to join our team. As an FP&A Manager you will oversee the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans. This person will analyze indirect rates and ensure compliance with government cost accounting standards Prepare and maintain incurred cost submissions. You will collaborate with department heads to monitor financial performance and identify risks/opportunities and support monthly and quarterly close processes, including variance analysis and reporting. The FP&A Manager will oversee all financial reporting duties, respond to government audit requests, and support DCAA/DCMA interactions. You will also be responsible for developing dashboards and financial models to support strategic initiatives & present financial insights to senior leadership and contribute to business planning as well as support M&A integration processes.

Required Qualifications:
