Summary:As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function of the organization, acting as a strategic partner to various business units or departments. Your primary responsibility will be to provide insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic guidance to support decision-making and drive business performance.
What You'll Do: - Leads the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans in collaboration with business leaders and other stakeholders.
- Conducts variance analysis to track actual performance against budget and forecast, identifying key drivers of variance and providing recommendations for corrective actions.
- Continuously refine financial models to enhance accuracy and relevance of forecasts.
- Establishes strong relationships with business unit leaders, serving as a trusted advisor on financial matters.
- Proactively engages with business stakeholders to understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities; providing financial insights and support to achieve objectives.
- Collaborates cross-functionally to drive alignment between financial goals and operational strategies.
- Prepares and presents periodic financial reports and performance dashboards to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting insights and trends.
- Develops KPIs and metrics to measure business performance and track progress towards strategic objectives.
- Provides ad-hoc analysis and scenario modeling to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Identifies opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance reporting capabilities and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of FP&A activities.

What You'll Bring: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field or equivalent work experience; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and provide strategic guidance based on financial analysis.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits Information:- Salary Range: $75,000 - $110,000
