Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Business Partner - $120,000 YEARLY
We are seeking an experienced FP&A Business Partner to support the Repair and U.S. Marine & Construction businesses. This role will partner closely with operations and leadership to provide financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, modeling, and strategic recommendations that drive business performance. The ideal candidate is a strong financial analyst with excellent Excel skills who can translate complex financial information into clear business insights and recommendations.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Financial Analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and management reporting.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
  • Experience with Oracle EPM or another EPM planning and forecasting system.
  • Experience with Oracle or Oracle Cloud ERP.
  • CMA, MBA, or CPA.
  • No sponsorship available. Candidates must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents.

Shifts:
  • Hybrid - 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
  • Hours: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
