technical powerhouse who is equally comfortable in a code editor and a customer boardroom. You will spend your time solving the "last mile" problem-ensuring our customers can successfully adopt and get value from our platform.
You are a problem solver with deep user empathy,
outstanding customer communication, and strong software engineering chops. This is a role for engineers who love wearing multiple hats: you will craft data pipelines, write Python code, and interact directly with high-value customers. You will be a key member of a talented, interdisciplinary team building an AI platform from the ground up.
How You Will Make an Impact- Lead Technical Onboarding: Architect data pipelines to ingest complex geospatial datasets and ensure seamless customer adoption.
- Bridge the Gap: Develop custom features in Python and capture nuanced product requirements to guide our roadmap.
- Build & Deliver: Design software solutions and integrations that deliver immediate, tangible value to our customers.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with other engineers, account managers, domain experts, and PMs to align technical execution with business goals.
What You Should Have- Experience: 3+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong customer-facing track record.
- Python Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to write production-ready Python for data manipulation and API integrations.
- Data Expertise: Experience with SQL and cloud data warehouses for data analysis.
- Communication: Outstanding technical communication skills and the ability to lead high-stakes customer interactions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Travel Readiness: This role may involve frequent (1-2 times per quarter) domestic and international travel
It'd Be Great If You Also Had- Geospatial Expertise: Experience working with geospatial data formats (e.g., GeoJSON, shapefiles).
- Full-Stack Skills: Experience building and maintaining full-stack applications.
- Startup Mindset: Experience in early-stage companies with rapidly evolving requirements.
- Industry Context: Familiarity with the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry is a plus, but not necessary.
