Full Job Description
This role provides expert functional support and business analysis for financial systems to meet operational and reporting needs. Identify and drive process and system enhancements to improve efficiencies. Lead new system implementations and upgrades. Develop comprehensive training materials. Serve as the first level of support for development, support, and business analysis of financial systems. Lead and support process and system enhancements, and manage project responsibilities including project lead and reporting.

Provide Functional Support and Business Analysis: Troubleshoot production issues, fulfill customer requests promptly, conduct root-cause analysis, and develop solutions to prevent recurring issues. Identify and Drive Enhancements: Improve efficiencies within financial systems by developing detailed business requirements and managing user testing to ensure successful implementation. Lead System Implementations and Upgrades: Oversee business process design, develop detailed business requirements, and manage user testing to ensure successful completion of implementations or upgrades. Develop Training Materials and Conduct Training: Create training materials for financial applications and conduct training sessions as needed. Develop and Maintain Documentation: Maintain documentation for new and existing systems and processes.

Education
  • Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Minimum five years of experience in a functional role supporting PeopleSoft Financials Strong experience in analyzing complex business processes, gathering requirements, designing solutions, creating functional documents, and writing test casesExperience supporting at least three of the following PeopleSoft modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Tree Manager, Security, PS/nVision, and PS QueryExperience with PeopleSoft custom modules support, analyzing and troubleshooting production issuesExperience in gathering requirements, conducting business analysis, and writing business specifications

The posted salary range is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range and this hiring range may also be modified in the future. A candidate’s position within the hiring range may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for annual bonus incentive pay.
