MORTGAGE TECHNOLOGY SECONDARY MARKETING BUSINESS ANALYSTMortgage business analyst that faces programmers'/developers for specific RBC US Mortgage Secondary Marketing product and pricing initiatives.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Translation of BRDs into applicable/usable descriptions for T&I team to implement within code/programming
- Product and Pricing Engine defect resolution
- Process alignment and improvement with LOS, PPE, and newly rolled out pricing/products
- System/Vendor discussions/optimization for integration for Polly/QRM/Poly Paths
- Mortgage transformation integration business subject matter expert between pricing, product, and pricing standards policy
- Further optimization, and clear communication of remaining defects needed to sunset legacy product pricing engine
- Assess and assist with implementation road map of secondary marketing go forward HFS / HFI origination / servicing strategies
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Required Qualifications*- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 10+ years' experience within a US banking organization
- Details experience within business and/or technology roles w/I Residential Mortgage Product/Pricing/Technology/Origination/Servicing
Additional Qualifications- Detailed knowledge of residential mortgage product offerings
- Understanding of integrations within product and pricing engines as well as downstream pipeline reporting
- Advanced knowledge of working integrations between LOS, PPE, and QRM, pooling/sales databases
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) to explain the process/transformation build of Secondary Marketing key deliverables
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?CompensationStarting base salary: $92,114 - $156,880 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
