Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our fast-paced FP&A Team. You will be based at our corporate headquarters located in the Denver Tech Center in Denver, CO! AIR values relationships and the benefits from working side by side with teammates, therefore this is an in-office, on-site five days per week opportunity.

  • Help our leaders understand the business and make better decisions by collecting, analyzing, and presenting information
  • Make the business better by contributing to diagnosis of complex problems, and the development and implementation of projects to solve them
  • Keep the business running with crisp execution of our month end accounting and financial processes
  • Illuminate the road ahead with support for monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and multi-year strategic planning including analysis and management of Corporate Treasury and debt
  • Support AIR's financial reporting by preparing and explaining monthly operational and financial reports for executive team

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive corporate finance experience with an extensive understanding of financial concepts, processes, modeling best practices and financial systems.
  • Expert proficiency in Excel and comfort building complex models.
  • Highly desirable skills include: experience presenting to senior leaders, strong financial writing skills, and Adaptive Insights Planning system experience. A background in FP&A is preferred with experience in accounting and real estate being beneficial, but not required.
  • We have a lot of great tools - Experience in SQL, Power BI, Blue Prism, Power Apps, Python, Machine Learning, Microsoft Flow, VBA are all great skills to bring to the team

  • Expected base salary $100,000-110,000. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
