The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Professional analyzes and forecasts financial, economic, and other data to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions aligned to Technology. The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Professional collects, compiles, verifies, and analyzes financial information and economic indicators so that Senior Technology Management has accurate and timely information for making strategic and operational decisions. Analyzes the financial implications of proposed investments or other transactions so that senior managers can evaluate alternatives against the organization's business objectives. Evaluates economic, financial, and trends to forecast the organization's short, medium, and long-term financial and competitive position. Analyzes revenues, expenses, costs, prices, investments and cash flow. May involve financial modeling, reporting and budgeting as well. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- 5 or more years experience in finance/accounting
- Demonstrated understanding of all Microsoft Office applications, and Access, SQL, and multi-dimensional databases
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Previous health insurance industry experience
- Prior experience in tech finance

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$86,300 - $118,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
