RESPONSIBILITIES
Job InformationIn this critical role, the Sr. Associate supports the Finance Manager and Director in executing enterprise-level planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting and analysis, including developing materials for reporting to Executive Committee, and the company's Board of Managers. The Sr. Associate is a key contributor in maintaining the financial planning system, developing the system roadmap and implementing business process and system enhancement initiatives.
Key Job Functions
- Coordinates with business partner FP&A team to prepare and validate consolidated planning, budgeting and forecasting. Supports the development of planning and forecasting material.
- Supports the Manager of FP&A in creating reporting packages, works closely with business partner FP&A and accounting teams to gather inputs and validate data accuracy, and contributes analytical commentary and performance insights.
- Supports the development of financial models and runs scenario analyses under the FP&A Manager / Director’s guidance to support decision-making and executive discussions.
- Maintains FP&A systems, executes data uploads and reconciliations, and supports system enhancements and process improvements under the Manager's direction.
- Works closely with business partner FP&A and accounting teams to gather inputs, consolidate data, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Supports risk management activities within FP&A, including and not limited to: process risk assessment, Process Procedure and RCM updates, RCSA, KI reporting, Data Governance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field;
- CPA or MBA in Finance or similar degree preferred.
Minimum Experience
- Minimum of 5 years in Financial Planning and Analysis supporting business or technology areas.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of FP&A processes, financial systems, corporate reporting and consolidation. Passion for operational excellence.
- Project Management – Plans, coordinates, and executes complex financial initiatives and system enhancements efficiently.
- Analytical Problem-Solving – Uses quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify root causes, optimize outcomes, and solve complex business issues. Effectively challenges others assumptions and redirects thinking.
- Executive-Level Communication – Clearly communicates insights, recommendations, and financial implications to senior executives.
- FP&A Systems Proficiency – Maintains and optimizes financial planning and reporting systems to ensure accurate and efficient processes.
Pay Range $105,000 to $123,500
U.S. FinTech's pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
