Full Job Description
This position is Onsite. Our office is located at 1 Optum Circle, Eden Prairie, MN 55344.

This position is full time Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

This will be on the job training and the hours during training will be 8:00am - 5:00pm CST. Monday - Friday.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Track, analyze, and maintain accurate reporting of:
    • FTE headcount
    • FTE related expenses (compensation, benefits, allocations)
    • Vendor and third party technology costs
  • Partner closely with Chief Data Office leaders to support ongoing financial management and forecasting
  • Organize financial data into clear, structured views that enable storytelling and executive level insights for CIOs
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports, summaries, and presentations for leadership reviews
  • Support month end, forecast, and budget activities related to technology and workforce spend
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment across multiple financial sources and reporting tools
  • Collaborate with peers across finance, technology, and operations to resolve data questions and drive shared understanding

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or a related analytical role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting technology, IT, or operational organizations
  • Experience preparing materials for senior leadership or executive audiences
  • Exposure to headcount management, workforce analytics, or vendor cost tracking


Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
