Full Job Description
Role Overview
  • Identify, size, and prioritize financial performance improvement opportunities in partnership with clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders.
  • Develop financial baselines, measurement methodologies, and business cases to support enterprise initiatives and operational improvement efforts.
  • Conduct financial discovery and analysis using data from multiple sources, including general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, budgeting, and operational systems.
  • Support value realization efforts by establishing targets, tracking progress, validating financial impact, and identifying risks to achievement.
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, and the Transformation Management Office (TMO) to support performance improvement initiatives and organizational transformation efforts.
  • Support productivity and labor performance initiatives through financial analysis, benchmarking, and opportunity sizing activities.
  • Create executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reporting tools that communicate value, opportunity, performance, and initiative status to senior leadership.
  • Independently provide financial modeling and analytical support for medium to large projects across the organization while serving as a resource and mentor to junior analysts.


Key Qualifications
  • 4-5 years minimum of progressive experience in finance, financial planning, accounting, revenue cycle management, or general analytical related experience.
  • Healthcare or hospital finance experience strongly preferred.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency required; experience with Strata and enterprise financial systems preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and executive-level reporting.
  • Proven ability to support financial performance improvement, operating budgets, and complex financial initiatives

Additional Information
  • Location: Remote / Hybrid with flexibility to come on site as needed.
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.
  • Reports To: Director, Financial Operations - Performance Improvement.

Pay Range: $102,800.00 - $164,500.00
