Work Schedule:
This is a full time, remote position. Weekly work schedule will be Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30 or 8am-4:30pm. This position is remote and won't require any onsite work.

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to:
  • Support and coordinate the organization's annual budgeting process, including budget system administration, process management, implementation, and communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Manage and maintain the budget payroll system, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis of Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs), salary expenditures, and other key financial metrics.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of operational budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Prepare financial and statistical analyses, dashboards, graphs, and presentation materials, providing analytical support to finance teams and operational stakeholders.
  • Generate and review month-end financial reports related to volume statistics, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
  • Serve as a key resource for budget and financial inquiries by maintaining documentation, FAQs, and training materials. Provide timely responses to management requests regarding financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and other accounting-related matters.
