This position will play a critical role in managing technology investments, evaluating operational performance, and supporting strategic initiatives. The individual will interact closely with technology leadership, providing financial planning, forecasting, and data-driven insights, and work with Central Accounting team to support the monthly close processes.
How you'll CREATE:- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of global consolidated financial results for monthly/quarterly actual, forecast and budget reporting.
- Perform monthly variance analysis against forecast, budget, and prior periods for both P&L and cash flow performance.
- Maintain and update the operating expenses and capital expenditure budgets and forecasts.
- Collaborate with Technology leadership and key stakeholders to evaluate new projects, investment, and strategic initiatives.
- Provide financial guidance and analysis on project spend, resource allocation, and investment health.
- Work with Central Accounting team to ensure accuracy and completeness of month end actuals
- Assist with internal and external audit requests by preparing supporting documentation and responding to inquiries.
- Support IPE (Information Produced by Entity) documentation and compliance processes to ensure adherence to internal control requirements.
- Assist with implementation and optimization of financial planning tools and processes.
Bring your VIBE:- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
- 3-5 years' experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.
- Experience supporting technology organizations a plus, not required
- Strong understanding of financial statements & accounting policies
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platforms
- Experience with Agentic AI tools prompts
- Prior experience with data analytics or tools a plus, not required
- Experience working with Hyperion, BPC or SAP is a plus, not required

Salary Range:$89,600 - $98,800
