  • Support audit requests by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries.

Full Job Description

This position will play a critical role in managing technology investments, evaluating operational performance, and supporting strategic initiatives. The individual will interact closely with technology leadership, providing financial planning, forecasting, and data-driven insights, and work with Central Accounting team to support the monthly close processes.

How you'll CREATE:
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of global consolidated financial results for monthly/quarterly actual, forecast and budget reporting.
  • Perform monthly variance analysis against forecast, budget, and prior periods for both P&L and cash flow performance.
  • Maintain and update the operating expenses and capital expenditure budgets and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with Technology leadership and key stakeholders to evaluate new projects, investment, and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide financial guidance and analysis on project spend, resource allocation, and investment health.
  • Work with Central Accounting team to ensure accuracy and completeness of month end actuals
  • Assist with internal and external audit requests by preparing supporting documentation and responding to inquiries.
  • Support IPE (Information Produced by Entity) documentation and compliance processes to ensure adherence to internal control requirements.
  • Assist with implementation and optimization of financial planning tools and processes.

  • Experience supporting technology organizations a plus, not required
  • Strong understanding of financial statements & accounting policies
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platforms
  • Experience with Agentic AI tools prompts
  • Prior experience with data analytics or tools a plus, not required
  • Experience working with Hyperion, BPC or SAP is a plus, not required
