The Senior Financial Analyst is tasked with supporting the financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions of EPPA. This role is responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing forecasts and budgets, monitoring operational performance, and providing insights to support the business. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with an understanding of healthcare finance, reimbursement models, and regulatory requirements. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or related field • 2+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably within healthcare • Strong financial modeling and data analysis • Background in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, feasibility studies and data analysis • Knowledge of revenue cycle and reimbursement methodologies, including Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payers • Critical thinking, attention to detail, system analysis, time management, data interpretation, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
