About the Role:

We are seeking a Sr Financial Analyst, Supply Chain, to join our Finance team based in our De Pere, WI office. The Sr Finance Analyst, Supply Chain, supports the Supply Chain organization through financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and analysis of transportation and warehouse costs. This role partners with Operations, Finance, and Division teams to evaluate business performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide insights that support strategic and financial objectives.

You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, forecasts, and budgets for transportation and warehousing expenses.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting business performance.
  • Analyze variances to budget, forecast, and prior year results, and communicate key drivers to business partners.
  • Develop, enhance, and analyze reports that provide trends and insights into key performance metrics.
  • Support cost savings initiatives through financial analysis, tracking, and reporting.
  • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain Finance, and Division Finance teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.


Important Details:

  • This is a full-time, first-shift hybrid position located at our De Pere, WI office.
  • The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $78,700.00 - 118,100.00 USD annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics and business or organizational needs. For certain roles, the successful candidate may be eligible for annual discretionary merit compensation award, bonus and equity pay.

  • Bachelor's degree in finance and/or Accounting, or related field is required.
  • Three to seven years of progressive experience in financial analysis, or related roles, preferably within a CPG or manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel; SAP experience is preferred but not required.
  • Business Analytics experience a plus.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Travel Requirements: Less than 5% for site visits and meetings.
