Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a Retail environment
• Proficient in advanced PC skills, especially Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated leadership skills and an executive presence
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting with different management levels
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
• Retail experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Budget and forecast store payroll expenses for the organization
• Analyze weekly financials to identify payroll cost optimization opportunities
• Structure and communicate key financial issues to leadership clearly
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Store Operations and various departments
• Build and maintain relationships with key business partners
• Influence store leadership to pursue profit-improving initiatives
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while using project management skills
• Conduct special projects as required, including sensitivity and 'what-if' analyses
• Oversee key business reporting deliverables.
