Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst [MULTIPLE POSITIONS]

Job Location: Plano, TX

Job Type: Full Time

Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position in Plano, TX is $124,000.00 to $223,100.00 per year and this role may be eligible to earn incentive compensation. Duties: Support the monthly closing and forecasting, as well as the annual budget process with focus on Free Cash Flow; Free Cash Flow controlling and planning; Preparation of asset management reviews; Calculation and commenting on DSO, DPO, DIO, CCC; Setting up and maintaining a Free Cash flow driver model around key drivers contract assets, contract liabilities, trade payables, trade receivables and inventories; Net Capital Employed controlling and planning; Trend analysis of Free Cash flow items; Alignment on FCF items with key stakeholders in the organization; Depth structure coordination. [Onsite Role]

Requirements: Employer will accept a bachelor's degree in a Finance, accounting or industrial engineering or related field and 60 months of experience in the job offered or in a Senior Financial Analyst-related occupation.

1. Working with financial tool landscape, financial KPIs, value flows with focus on Free Cash Flow, asset management (DSO, DPO, DIO, CCC), contract assets, contract liabilities, trade payables, trade receivables (billing and collection cycle) and inventories.

2. Working with audit and control policies and practices.

3. Preparing data for analyses, presentations, as basis for decision making.

4. Working with Tableau, Essbase/Smartview, Hyperion, and SAP.

5. Calculating and interpreting financial and non-financial metrics.

6. Providing recommendations to management on optimization measures to improve financial metrics

7. Working with accounting and International Financial Reporting standards and terminology.
