Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Finance professional who will support global financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for the Product Group's Memory Interface Division. This role reports to the Product Group's Global Controller and serves as a trusted business partner to Finance and Business stakeholders, providing data-driven insights that support robust financial planning, capital allocation, growth strategy, and long-term efficiency. The role will develop and maintain the Business Division organization's consolidated financial model, support rigorous execution of budget and forecasting cycles, and partner effectively across multiple regions, including the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. This position goes beyond traditional controlling. The successful candidate will be a hands-on contributor who helps standardize end-to-end processes, continuously improves financial visibility for the global R&D organization, and enables informed decision-making from early concept through executive approval. Key Responsibilities • Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Support the annual operating plan (AOP), rolling quarterly forecasts, and 3-5 year long-term planning (LTP) processes across the Engineering organization. Own and maintain the consolidated financial model, ensuring alignment between strategy, operational execution, and financial outcomes. • Business Partnership: Partner closely with Business and Engineering leaders as well as Finance stakeholders to support financial planning cycles, ad-hoc analysis, and capital investment decisions. Act as a bridge between technical organizations and finance, translating complexity into actionable insights. • Performance Management & Leadership Insights: Establish, monitor, and analyze organization-wide KPIs to assess financial and operational performance. Prepare monthly reporting packages highlighting variances versus budget and forecast, clearly articulating risks, opportunities, and recommended actions for leadership review. • Capital Allocation: Provide financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence support for major capital investment decisions. Partner with stakeholders to evaluate trade-offs and optimize capital deployment in support of strategic priorities. • Corporate Policy & Compliance Support the implementation and standardization of corporate policies and procedures. Serve as a key Finance partner to India's Accounting and Regulatory team, helping ensure consistent application of financial controls, compliance requirements, and reporting standards. • Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Execution: Contribute to a culture of financial excellence, intellectual rigor, and strong business partnership through high-quality analysis, clear recommendations, and disciplined execution. Comfortable operating in ambiguous, evolving environments. Proactive, hands-on, and capable of driving change through influence. Ability to design and improve end-to-end business processes, not just analyze results. Qualifications Education: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required. An MBA, CMA, or CFA is highly preferred. Experience & Expertise • 3-5 years of progressive finance experience, including strong experience in FP&A, -business finance, or financial controlling within a public company environment. Strong experience in product-based semiconductor businesses, manufacturing, or technology-driven environments is highly preferred. • Hands-on experience with cost modeling, investment decisions, or business case evaluation. • Strong working knowledge of IFRS and experience with enterprise ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle. • Proven ability to support senior leadership and executive-level decision making through clear, compelling financial storytelling. • Demonstrated success operating as a high-performing individual contributor in dynamic, fast-paced environments. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
