Full Job Description
Royal Caribbean Group's Global Marine Operations Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Senior Financial Analyst reporting to the Manager of Marine Finance.

This position works on-site in Miami, Florida.

Position Summary:

The Senior Analyst, Global Marine Operations Finance is responsible for managing the operating expense budget and financial analysis for Marine Operations on a global scale. This role ensures accurate reporting, partners with operational teams to track expense performance, and provides actionable insights to optimize spending and achieve business objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develops and manages Opex budgets and forecasts for global Marine Operations departments.
  • Analyzes actual financial performance against plans, identifying variances and corrective actions.
  • Prepares monthly reporting packages and communicates insights to senior leadership.
  • Collaborates with operations leaders to drive cost efficiency and resource optimization initiatives.
  • Monitors compliance with corporate financial policies and internal controls on operating expenses.
  • Supports decision-making by providing scenario analysis and strategic recommendations.
  • Improves financial processes by recommending automation and reporting enhancements.
  • Partners cross-functionally across Finance, Operations, and Procurement teams to align Opex strategies.
  • Performs other duties as required.
