Full Job Description
The Senior Financial Analyst is part of the Financial Planning and Analysis team which is responsible for monthly business reviews, profitability analysis and the creation and analysis of annual business plans. The successful candidate will have a foundation in accounting, strong analytical skills, and the ability to leverage the Microsoft suite of tools. In addition, the candidate will have the ability to partner cross functionally with Sales, Operations, and General Management.

Job Description:
  • Partner with Branch Leadership to build financial plans.
  • Perform variance analysis of current period against budget and prior year, determining trends and root cause.
  • Identify risks and opportunities to budget and partner cross functionally to develop plans to address.
  • Perform analysis of supplier, customer, and product profitability.
  • Communicate findings from analysis and make recommendations to cross functional partners and help implement improvements and efficiencies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and directed by upper management or as needed by cross functional partners.


Position Requirements:
  • Four-year accounting degree or finance degree with accounting minor.
  • 3-5 years of applicable experience
  • Strong technical skills including the Microsoft Office Suite of tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Able to demonstrate ability to work on multiple projects at one time
  • Detail oriented with strong time management and organization skills.


The expected pay range for this role is $79,635.48 - $ 107,321.19 . It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, union status (where applicable) and alignment with market data.
