Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Business with a focus on Accounting or Finance preferred.
• At least 3 years of financial experience, particularly in manufacturing environments.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no visa sponsorship available.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint are highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are important.
• Self-motivated with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in cost accounting and database querying is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational results in project and manufacturing accounting systems.
• Oversee usage and administrative control of accounting systems.
• Handle month-end closing tasks, including invoicing and account reconciliations.
• Take ownership of inventory management and standard costing updates.
• Provide support for capital appropriation and fixed asset accounting.
• Develop reports and extract data as needed.
• Conduct financial analysis and process development for special projects, and fulfill corporate tax reporting obligations.
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements regarding internal controls.
