Amazon seeks a Senior Finance Analyst to play a key role on the International Seller Services (ISS) FP&A team. As an FP&A partner focused on the total ISS space. In this role, you will provide data-driven insights to leadership that help drive strategic decisions with visibility into 20+ countries. You will build scalable analyses, create comprehensive financial reports, and develop solutions that have global impact across international Stores.

Key job responsibilities
- Contribute to developing financial dahsboards that scale across 20+ countries to provide insights that drive decision-making for the External Fulfillment channels and 3P business
- Collaborate with finance teams across International Seller Services to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the 3P business landscape
- Drive communication with senior management through effective financial modeling and reporting, providing clear and concise summaries that answer questions in detail
- Proactively identify incomplete or inaccurate data, determine root causes, and implement solutions to ensure reporting accuracy while maintaining the highest standards

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- 4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, information systems, finance, or equivalent
- 3+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
- 3+ years of contributing to cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
