Quanta Power Solutions is seeking aSeniorFinancial Analyst tosupportFP&A activitiesacross our growing EPCportfolio.Partneringwith accounting,project controls,and departmentalleadership,you'llturnproject and business data into insights that drive decisions.This position reports to the Director of Finance.

What You'll Do

• Analyze operating results and prepare variance analysis to inform business and operational decisions
• Assist with monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and financial reporting processes
• Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards
• Partner with department leaders to monitor financial performance and identify risks or trends
• Assist in preparing presentations and reporting materials for leadership
• Help improve reporting processes, tools, and data accuracy across the organization
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and financial controls
• Employee may be required to visit job sites, field offices, and customer locations

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor99s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
• 2 65 years of experience in FP&A, project finance, accounting, or related field
• Exposure to project-based financial reporting and percentage-of-completion revenue recognition
• Familiarity with monthly reporting processes such as closing activities and forecasting activities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in EPC, construction, infrastructure, industrial, or power generation industries
• Experience with ERP systems such as JD Edwards (JDE), Hubble, or similar platforms
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and/or FPAP (Financial Planning & Analysis Professional)
• Experience with data visualization and model design using Power BI, Databricks, or similar tools
• Understanding of financial reporting processes, project controls, cost tracking, or operational finance concepts
